Philip is the creator of the outstanding “Wellness Is M.I.N.E. Program”. He has been using this program with his clients. M stands for Massage, I stands for Inversion, N stands for Nutrition, and E stands for Exercise. He is a firm believer that massage is the first and foundational step because it creates flexible, relaxed muscles and joints. The health of the body is based on the trillions of cells absorbing nutrients and eliminating metabolic wastes, and tight muscles and joints interfere with this vital process. Philip is convinced massage is a fundamental part of a wellness routine to quickly relax muscles and joints, which results in increased absorption and elimination from the cells.
