Ready for a quick workout? Here’s a 10-minute cardio HIIT workout with no equipment needed and this can be easily done in the comfort of your own home. If you’ve got a busy schedule, you may have an easier time to fit in a 10-minute workout into your day than a full hour but any exercise is better than none!

Remember: when it comes to HIIT, make sure you give it your all per rep. That’s why it’s called High Intensity Interval Training!
