Here’s a 20-minute low impact standing cardio workout for you to try! There is no jumping or equipment involved and this workout is great for beginners. Dumbbells are optional! You can even use a couple water bottles as weights. Since you can easily do this workout at home, there are no excuses! Get active!

Low impact workouts are great for those who want to workout in a safer way. Those who can’t jump or prefer to avoid jumping can still participate in physical activity. Low impact exercise can be just as effective as high impact exercise!
