45 Minute HIIT Tabata Workout with Weights

Tabata training is a variation of a HIIT workout that has a different structure. Here is a 45-minute HIIT Tabata workout with weights. All you need are a pair of dumbbells that are suited with your comfort level. Get ready to get sweaty!

Tabata pushes the limit on the percentage of your maximum heart rate. Tabata has shorter rest and work periods than regular HIIT workouts. Although the work period is shorter, it still follows the idea from HIIT that you should go all out within that time. And, Tabata’s structure features a shorter rest period, you would have less time to recover between exercises.

Tabata workouts are tough – they are usually more tough than regular HIIT workouts. But don’t let that stop you! Try your best to get some physical activity in your day. Follow along in the video below!
