How light can ruin your sleep

Devices with screens are often a culprit for ruining sleep. These devices often emit high frequencies of blue light, to which our body will react by boosting our attention and reaction time. How our body reacts to blue light is how light can ruin your sleep.

 

We want to be relaxed and calm in order to fall asleep, but blue light does not give us the effect. Although watching a show seems like a passive activity, it is the device that is mostly at fault. Hopefully, you aren’t reading this blog late at night!
