If you do pullups as part as your workout, you may not be aware of the ways that you can modify your pullups to make it more challenging. A pullup works with your body weight, and a common way to make it more challenging is to add more weights. However, there are other another ways to make it more challenging. In other words, here’s how you can build muscle with pullups without using weights! You do this by shifting your body weight while dropping down eccentrically.
