The L-sit hold is a basic callisthenic exercise that demonstrates core strength as well as hip flexor strength. This exercise may seem easy to do but because of its weight distribution and center of gravity, it is actually tough for beginners to get their legs off the ground. Or, even when one can get their feet off the ground, they may start to shake because they have difficulty holding the position when their legs are in place. To perform a proper hold, you would of course, need to train. Here are some exercises that can help you train to improve on your L-sit holds in the video below!
