Plyometrics is also commonly known as jump training that requires you to jump as high or as far as possible – anything that involves an explosive movement. Examples of plyometrics include skipping, hopping, lunges, clap push-ups, and more! Plyometrics are beneficial to your body as it makes your muscles powerful. It also makes for a good cardio workout!
