Mastering pull ups aren’t easy, but here are some practice exercises to help you build towards doing a full pull up. First, you will have to know which muscles you have to use to perform the pull up. Then, you will have to start reinforcing the form with partial body weight.
You’re nearly there! With the help of a resistance band, you can start going up and down the bar with most of your body weight. Once you are used to that, you will need to train your body to do them in reverse so it can start adapting to your full body weight.
