If you’ve ever experienced nights where you have trouble sleeping, your circadian rhythm might be out of sync. Learn how your body keeps track of time and what effects your circadian rhythm! Your body will eventually adjust when you experience significant time changes with the help of light but light is not the only factor that can effect your circadian rhythm. A circadian rhythm is a rough 24-hour cycle that is present in living beings.
