Understanding your Hip Flexors

Before your workout, you probably do a few stretches to warm up. You may be stretching your hip flexors as they often feel tighter than other muscle groups – but if you’re new to anatomy, you may confuse tightness with weakness.

 

Before you stretch your hip flexors, you will need to determine the condition of your hip flexors. If your muscles are weak, you may worsen the condition if you stretch them.
